Introduction Welcome to NRA Dispatch, a leading dispatch service provider for roadside assistance. Our mission is to connect you with independent vendors offering a wide array of roadside repair and maintenance services. By utilizing our services, you consent to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined here.
Service Description NRA Dispatch serves as a conduit, linking customers with independent vendors skilled in providing roadside repair and maintenance services. We neither own nor manage any service vehicles or repair facilities directly.
Membership Fee NRA Dispatch imposes an annual membership fee of $249. This fee is automatically billed to your account annually on the same date you initially requested service. The membership fee grants you access to our dispatch services along with potential additional benefits as specified in our membership agreement.
Vendor Relationship The service providers we dispatch are independent entities. They do not act as employees, agents, or representatives of NRA Dispatch. Although we select our vendors with care to ensure quality services, we do not oversee their operations directly.
Liability and Warranty Disclaimer NRA Dispatch bears no responsibility for the conduct, mistakes, or oversights of any vendor. We offer no guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, or safety of the services provided by our vendors. Our role is strictly limited to dispatching vendors, and we hereby renounce all liability concerning the services they render.
Service RequestsUpon requesting a service through NRA Dispatch, we will coordinate with an independent vendor to support you. The vendor will reach out to you directly to finalize service details and pricing. All agreements regarding payment and service conditions are to be settled between you and the vendor.
Payment and Fees Besides the annual membership fee, NRA Dispatch may apply a dispatch fee for connecting you with a vendor. This fee is distinct from any service fees the vendor imposes. All payments for vendor-provided services must be made directly to them, not to NRA Dispatch.
Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies for both membership and services are established by NRA Dispatch and the respective vendors. NRA Dispatch is not accountable for refunding any services executed by vendors. All disputes concerning payments or refunds should be directed to the involved vendor or to NRA Dispatch as appropriate.I
ndemnification You agree to indemnify and absolve NRA Dispatch from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses stemming from your use of our dispatch services or the services provided by any vendor.
Changes to Terms and Conditions NRA Dispatch reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Continued utilization of our services following such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Membership BenefitsDispatch Services: Membership includes entitlement to up to three (3) dispatch services annually, connecting you to our network of independent vendors for roadside repair and maintenance services.
Annual Membership Fee Your account is charged the annual membership fee on the anniversary of your enrollment, providing access to the benefits listed above.
Dispatch Service UseLimitations: Membership encompasses up to three (3) dispatch services per year, with unused dispatches not rolling over.
Service Requests: To request a dispatch service, reach out to NRA Dispatch via specified communication channels. We will arrange for an independent vendor to deliver the necessary service.
Vendor Interaction: All service providers are independent vendors. NRA Dispatch facilitates connections but isn't responsible for the vendors' actions or services.
Payment for ServicesDispatch Fees: Included in the membership fee are dispatch fees for up to three services. Any additional dispatches beyond the included quota will incur separate fees.
Vendor Charges: Fees for services rendered by vendors are additional to the membership fee, and you are responsible for direct payment to the vendors.
Membership Cancellation and RenewalCancellation Policy: You can cancel your NRA Dispatch membership at any time, but refunds for unused membership portions are not provided.
Automatic Renewal: Membership automatically renews annually. You will be notified prior to renewal and charged the annual fee unless cancellation is executed per our policy.
Changes to Membership AgreementNRA Dispatch may modify this Membership Agreement, including benefits and fees, at any discretion. Continued service use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

Cancellation PolicyNo Cancellation After Dispatch: Service requests confirmed via provider dispatch cannot be canceled, reflecting the unique nature of our mobile services and resource allocation commitments.
Confirmation of Dispatch: Receipt of a dispatch confirmation (via email, SMS, or other communication methods) finalizes the service request.
Non-Cancellable Period: Post-dispatch cancellation requests will not be accepted, with all applicable fees due in full.
Exceptions: Exceptions to the no-cancellation policy may be considered under extraordinary circumstances, at NRA Dispatch's sole discretion.
Fees and Charges: Non-cancellation post-dispatch incurs full responsibility for any related fees or charges.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling post-dispatch is subject to availability and potential fees, at NRA Dispatch's discretion.
